At New York Bagel,
our bagels are boiled
and then baked.

This process contributes
to the wonderful taste and
texture of our bagels.

We make the following bagel varieties from scratch. Bagel weight is 4 oz.
plain salt egg onion sesame garlic everything pumpernickel rosemary & sea Salt	whole wheat rye parmesan cinnamon raisin cinnamon sugar blueberry caraway twists salt sticks plain sticks
Our bagels contain no trans-fats, preservatives, dairy products or peanut products.

Raisin Twists: Twisted raisin bagel dipped in a cinnamon-powdered sugar mix,

Bialys: a plain bagel shaped into a disk with onion baked in the middle.

Bagel Thins: Great for dips, spreads or just snacking. We make plain, onion, whole wheat, raisin and sea salt bagel thins.

Flagels: A flattened bagel dipped in parmesan, sesame, onion or everything mix before baking.
